Breaking Dawn In My iBooks

Got a copy of Breaking Dawn at last! I remembered momLiz coyly said once that she thought its a book about chess. Haha!

I'm in Book 2 already. It's in Jacob's perspective this time, which is good to understand Jacob and the story more. The story is all the more exciting in a werewolf's perspective.

Book 1 is interesting coz of the honeymoon part. But I think Book 2 is the one more exciting. Now I'm starting to get thrilled for Breaking Dawn Part 2 movie.

I do my reading once in a while as I have priorities in the home. But it's also good to wallow, though I get tempted to do long readings and finish the whole book at once. By the way, it's 552 pages. I'm in 151, not even half.

AI Down To 24

It's suddenly down to 24 in American Idol. Sadly, one of my bets, Lauren Gray, was eliminated. I think she had a wrong choice of song for the last performance. If she had sung the same song from her audition,One And Only by Adele, then she could've made it. Judges said, she haas to have more confidence and belief in herself.

Other than her, I think the ones who made it through to 24 are all deserving. The electrified Phil Phillips, the Asian Heejun Han, Erika Van Pelt, Baylie Brown, Chelsea Sorrell, and Reed Grimm, (who danced, leaped, and

screamed for joy) were some of the first ones announced who came through.
The episode ended with the family man, Adam Brock faced to faced with the judges waiting for their decision.

The next episode shows Brock joining the 24 finalists together with Eben, Elise Testone, and Colton Dixon, whom I'd vote for if I could.

Voting for your American Idol (in US only) starts this week.

American Idol Season 11 Auditions

The last round of road auditions were in St. Louis, the place were Carrie Underwood came from to be the American Idol eight years ago.

Randy's comment to this auditioner, Ethan Jones, after he sang "I'll Be," by Edwin McCain was "You look nothing like the way you sound." The judges were surprised that this guy has a good singing voice. Many others astonished the judges including Reis Kloeckener who sang "Lean On Me." Steven admitted, "You made me tear up and get all crazy inside." J. Lo also wiped a tear away when Lauren Gray sang Adele's "One And Only." And summed up the Final auditions in two words - "Lauren Gray."

While some are worst and just really funny and silly even though how hard they tried to show their very best. I guess their best wasn't good enough.

Another thing why I follow American Idol is to see J. Lo's dazzling fashion for the day.

And now, the lucky ones are off to Hollywood to compete for the 11th American Idol.

American Idol 11 is showing on Star World every Thursdays and Fridays 6pm.
